Our team provide you with talk therapy, but also resources you can access online which support day-to-day wellbeing strategies, including the Positive Occupational Wellbeing Resource (POWR) app – access to material at your fingertips.

Build a Relationship

As well as face-to-face/online consultation, your health supporter will keep in written contact if you so require, to encourage day-to-day progress. Once you connect with a therapist and build that relationship, they will stick with you for the duration of your wellbeing journey.
